When Juliet again suggested going to the hospital, Vicky almost jumped out of the car. Instead of pushing the issue, Juliet began to explain why she was out driving around.
Vicky was trying hard to listen to her, but the vibrations in the road were making her loose her mind. She did not want to scare this woman off, but she had to touch herself. She tried to be subtle and simply rubbed herself slightly. When Juliet noticed the girl rocking back and forth, she misunderstood and pulled over at a rest stop so Vicky could use the restroom.
This time, Vicky did jump from the car. Practically running into the building, she found the ladies room and, after noticing it was completely empty, she locked herself in a stall and began to essentially rape herself.
